Welcome to Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club !!

---------- Attention Golfers ------------

Ingeniously designed by renowned architect Robert Trent Jones II, this championship course gently shifts between panoramic openness to the intimacy of lush foliage along Willow Wash. Mirroring the southwestern styling of the petroglyph-etched boulders that mark each hole, the adjoining Club House with Pro Shop and snack bar offer a casual but elegant retreat.

Unlike many of Arizona's "target" golf courses, Dove Valley Ranch is player friendly, with manicured transition areas that allow its guests to recover without penalty. RTJ Jr. also put a premium on strategy and variety, which translates into a challenging yet refreshing round of golf. Factor in service that is second to none, and no wonder this lush layout on the outskirts of Phoenix is so popular with locals and visitors alike.

----------- Attention Golfers -------------

During most of the summer, the driving range will remain open for practice.  The golf course will remain open but with temporary greens approximately 50 yards short of our normal greens, except for heavy construction days.  We hope to have the course back open at full length and on new greens around the first week of Aug. 2015.  Thank you for your patience during this time.  The management and staff appreciate your loyalty and support of the club.

A Return to the Original with an updated twist!!!!
This week the project took a new turn and the tifdwarf sod was laid around the original 1997 designs of the greens that Robert Trent Jones Jr. put down on the ground 18 years ago. It gave me chills to see those detailed outlines of the greens that brought back memories of some great shots and great times over the past 18 years.  The twist to the renovation is the transition to a superior putting surface with mini-verde grass.  That is the fuzzy tan color you see on the inside of the greens.  Those sprigs will shortly turn into plants and we will have an exceptional surface with the Original 1997 look that won the accolade of the "Best New Public Course in the Valley in 1998".
